Whatever damages you might suffer, our liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you've actually paid us through the Service. If you haven't purchased anything, that cap is $100. To the extent the law allows, we and our suppliers won't be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages. This includes loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, personal injury, privacy violations, or problems with third-party software or hardware used with the Service. This applies even if we knew such damages were possible and even if the limited remedy doesn't work the way it's supposed to.

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all its faults and without any kind of warranty. Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If something comes up with the Service, you agree to try sorting it out informally with us first by getting in touch.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident. United States Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms ends up being unenforceable or invalid, we'll interpret it as closely as possible to what was intended, and the rest of the Terms stay in full effect. If either of us doesn't exercise a right or enforce something under these Terms at one point, that doesn't mean we can't do it later. And letting something slide once doesn't mean we're letting it slide forever.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want. If it's a material change, we'll try to give you at least a month's notice before the new terms kick in. If you keep using the Service after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms. These terms and conditions are effective as of August 12, 2026.
